Product & Ingredients

Four packages of Ribbonwire Smokehouse beef sticks arranged on a rustic wooden cutting board with bowls of seasoning and brown sugar on a wooden table.

Beef from our ranch, sea salt, spices, and cultured celery powder. No fillers, no binders, no corn syrup, no MSG. The full panel is on every product page.

Never. We rely on traditional smoking and natural curing methods. You will not find any added nitrates, nitrites, or synthetic chemical preservatives in our recipes. We let the quality of the beef speak for itself.

Yes. Our beef is 100% USDA Certified Organic. This means our cattle graze on organic pastures and are raised entirely without the use of added growth hormones or routine antibiotics.

The Original has 0g of sugar. The panel shows less than 0.5g because a trace amount is used in curing and cooks out of the finished stick. Sweet & Spicy and Honey BBQ do contain sugar, listed on each product page.

Our beef

One ranch. Ours. Our cattle are born, raised, and finished on Ribbonwire Ranch in the Texas Panhandle and never leave the land, so we can trace every stick back to where it started.

They graze native prairie that has grown wild here for 140 years, then finish on organic corn, alfalfa, and wheat we grow ourselves. That finishing step is what gives the beef its flavor and consistency.

Our land, cattle, and farming operation have been certified organic since 2015. Our Certified Organic Original is the SKU that carries full USDA Certified Organic status on the finished product. The rest of the line is made with organic beef from the same ranch.

LABELS & STORAGE

An open brown cardboard shipping box branded Ribbonwire Beef, with printed text and logos on the front and inside flaps, photographed on a clean white background.

The casing is the thin outer layer that holds the stick together, and ours carries a color, so the USDA requires us to say so. It is a labeling rule, not an ingredient in the meat.

No refrigeration needed. Each package is stamped with a best by date and stays good for 15 months from production.
