What Is The Herd?
The Herd is Ribbonwire Ranch's free loyalty program. Every order you place at ribbonwire.com earns you points. Stack them up and trade them for money off your next order or free ranch gear. Free to join, no catch, and you start earning on your first order.
Joining The Herd
Joining is free. Create an account at ribbonwire.com and you're in. You earn 100 points just for signing up — that's $1.00 toward your first reward before you've even placed an order.
If you already have a Ribbonwire account, you're already in The Herd. Log in and your points are ready to stack.

Points are earned on the amount actually charged at checkout after discounts. Points are not earned on taxes, shipping, or tip.

Every 100 points is worth $1.00 to spend at ribbonwire.com.
How to Redeem Your Points
Head to your rewards page, pick a reward you've unlocked, and the discount applies at checkout.

Rewards are redeemed as discount codes applied at checkout. Only one reward code can be applied per order.
Stacking Points With Discounts
Your earned points are yours to spend whenever you choose, including on orders that already have a discount applied. Points redemptions can be stacked on top of Subscribe & Save discounts, bundle pricing, and other active promotional offers.
Referral Program
When you refer a friend and they complete their first purchase at ribbonwire.com, you earn 300 points. Your friend must be a new customer and place their order through your personal referral link. Points are awarded after their first order is confirmed. Referral points are not awarded on returns or cancelled orders.
Subscribe & Save Points
You earn 200 points when you first set up a Subscribe & Save subscription. You also earn 8 points per dollar spent on every recurring subscription order automatically. No action needed on your part — points stack with every delivery.
Review Points
Write a verified review on a product you have purchased and earn 150 points. Reviews must be submitted through the Judge.me review flow on ribbonwire.com. Only one review per product purchase qualifies. Points are awarded once the review is verified.
Points Expiration
Your points stay yours as long as your account stays active. Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Placing an order, leaving a review, or any qualifying earn action resets the inactivity clock.
Returns and Cancellations
If you return an order or an order is cancelled, the points earned on that order are removed from your balance. Points earned through other actions (account creation, reviews, referrals, social follows) are not affected.
Program Changes
Ribbonwire Ranch reserves the right to modify or discontinue The Herd rewards program at any time, including changes to earn rates, redemption values, reward availability, and point expiration rules. Members will be notified of material changes via email before they take effect.
