Like all the Ribbonwire Ranch flavors, these sticks taste great. They are very portable, and don't need refrigeration. Beyond that, they are made of organic beef, and the Original flavor contains no added sugar! I'm trying to figure out what the downside is.

My family has been eating these beef sticks for almost a year now! They absolutely love them and are a daily staple for snacks. However, the flavor/texture of the beef sticks is not always consistent. Sometimes there will be a few “smooth” looking sticks in the package and my kids say those ones taste wet and not the same as the more textured looking sticks. That has only been in the last 2 months of the products we have been buying.

The product is perfect size for a hunger pain or quick snack. I keep 1/2 dozen in my briefcase for when I travel and have been known to pass them out to flight attendants on my flights.

Every Ribbonwire beef stick starts with cattle born, raised, and finished on our own ranch in the Texas Panhandle, on land that was part of the historic XIT Ranch. The cattle never leave. They graze native prairie and finish on organic feed we grow ourselves, which is how we can trace every stick back to one ranch.
Beef from our ranch, sea salt, spices, and cultured celery powder. That's the whole list. Every Ribbonwire beef stick is gluten free with no fillers, no binders, no corn syrup, and no MSG. One 1oz stick has 6 g of protein, and the Original has 0g of sugar.
Ribbonwire has been certified organic since 2015, including the land, the cattle, and the farming operation. Our Certified Organic Original carries the USDA Organic seal on the finished package. Original, Jalapeño, Sweet & Spicy, and Honey BBQ are all made with organic beef from that same ranch.
